The Asian American Federation is hosting three in-person immigration role-play workshops in partnership with the Nonviolent Peaceforce. These sessions are designed to equip nonprofit staff with concrete tools to respond to ICE at the office or in the field. Each workshop focuses on practical, scenario-based role plays on safety, de-escalation, and trauma-informed response, including what staff can do if an encounter escalates or ICE does not follow policy.
