It is hard to believe that it’s already been a year since we launched the inaugural 2025 Cohort for Serica’s AAPI Women’s Leadership Mentorship Program!
What began as a pilot program representing the next generation of AAPI women leadership across diverse fields in corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurship, has now grown into an inspiring community committed to supporting one another’s leadership journeys.
Thank you to our partners at FARSIGHT for their tremendous support in creating this program - this would not be possible without you!
First and foremost, we’d like to congratulate our 2025 graduating mentees — we have been fortunate to know these incredible women leaders through our Mentorship Program, and we cannot wait to see where their journey takes them.

ANNOUNCING OUR 2026 COHORT
We are delighted to share that our AAPI Mentorship Program has grown by more than 50% this year. A joyous welcome to our 2026 Cohort of Mentees!
We are honored to have our Mentor roster include returning and new leaders, all incredibly inspiring and uniquely accomplished beyond measure! We are certain that their wisdom and mentorship will continue to make an impact this year. We can’t wait to see the growth and connections that blossom in the coming year!
MENTORSHIP PROGRAM CELEBRATION
Last week we celebrated both our graduating 2025 Cohort & our incoming 2026 Cohort at our Mentorship Program Celebration. It was an evening filled with such warmth and inspiration, the start of many more gatherings in the coming year! A very special Thank You to Meng Ru and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP for for their impeccable hospitality in hosting us and supporting AAPI women leaders!
