Over the past few years, Serica has had the privilege of partnering with so many incredible Asian Employee Resource Groups and affinity networks. We thought it was time to bring everyone together—not for another panel or formal program, but simply for an evening to connect, exchange ideas, and build relationships across organizations.

We're excited to have brought that idea to life with our AAPI ERG Exchange Happy Hour, together with CINGS (China Institute x Next Gen Serica), our next-generation leadership group! We enjoyed a wonderful evening connecting with over 40 AAPI professionals over happy hour in the Hutong lounge, who represented various companies including: Amazon, Google, Citi, Capital One, Oscar Health, and more!
